Terms of Service

ArtScuffle does not have strict rules for each server's specific ArtScuffle event. However, certain content is prohibited across any and all server(s) that utilizes ArtScuffle for an event.

Prohibited Content

Users may not submit any of the following content:

• Sexually explicit content. This refers to any content containing full-body nudity, exposed genitalia, or obvious sex acts.
• Sexually explicit messages accompanying content if message is using graphic amounts of detail.
• These cases will be decided by the support team's discretion. If you have a question on whether your planned message would break this rule, please join our Support Server to ask.
• Hateful content or hateful messages accompanying content
• Any form of harassment directed towards another user
• Content that infringes upon a copyright, including any AI generated content. Drawing fanart is okay, but please refrain from submitting edits.
• All attacks must be created solely by the person submitting the attack; bases are only allowed if the base was also created by the person creating the attack
• Referencing "draw your OCs in these poses" memes are allowed as long as they are used as a reference and not completely traced
• Spam involving duplicate images or random images that were not created by the person submitting the attack

Staff has full discretion to remove an attack if it is deemed inappropriate.

Additional Guidelines

To ensure a fair and equal playing experience for everyone involved, these guidelines apply to what can and cannot be uploaded as well as how the bot can and cannot be used.

• Leaderboard "hacking" through inputting an obscenely high number of characters into the num_characters field is prohibited. These attacks will be deleted by staff.

Public Attacks

These terms refer only to public attacks, i.e. attacks that appear on the front page of this site. Making an attack public requires a user to have a premium subscription and the user must manually set their attack to public. The default for attacks is private. For public attacks, the following content are not allowed:

• Sexual content of any kind, explicit or otherwise. This refers to content that can be construed as sexual in nature; please keep in mind the front page of the site is accessible by anyone including minors.
• Content containing gore. Minor amounts of blood is allowed.
• Content containing large amounts of near or fully saturated colors or effects like chromatic aberration. This is to prevent front-page content from possibly causing eyestrain or seizures.

Warranty Disclaimer

ArtScuffle cannot guarantee that all attacks uploaded to its servers will be preserved. Please do not rely on using ArtScuffle as a backup for your attack and hit files.

Additionally, attacks will be purged without warning for the following circumstances:

• Content violating Terms of Service as listed above.
• Servers that have been inactive for 3+ months (inactivity is decided by the last time an attack is posted).
• Note: in this case, only images will be purged to save on costs. Attack statistics will still be available.
• Servers that have removed the bot for 1+ months.
